OPPOSITION TO COLLEAGUES. (United Press Association.—Copyright.) I Sydney Sun Cable.) LONDON, 29th March. The Riga correspondent of "The TiiSes" reports that Zinovieff has been dismissed from the chairmanship of the Leningrad Executive Committee owing to his opposition to his colleagues' policy.
