WORSER BAY BOATING CLUB
The Worser .Bay Boating Club held its second race on 20th March, the event resulting as follows:—Kitty (21min), 1; Kiwi (9min), 2; Ranui (3min), 3. Also started: Flying Scud (scr), Gipsy (3r_in), Penguin (15min), Eleanor (lOmin). Another. race was held on Saturday last, and resulted as follows:—Gipsy (3min), 1; Flying Scud (scr), 2; Penguin (18„miu)', 3. Also started: Kiwi (6min), Kitty (15min), Ranui (3min). Good progress is being made by the club, which was formed on Ist February, and now has over seventy members. It is intended to go in for one-design classes; to '. encourage the younger members _and to compete in interclub races. ..-"..,..
