BERLIN, 28th March. The .Reichstag passed tEe third reading of the Budget, including a reduction in the turnover tax, to .75 and the repeal of the tax on wines. This is the first time since 1911 that tho Budget has been passed, within the proper time.
The Supreme Court specially instituted for the protection of the Republic has been abolished.
