(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, This Day. Spoony has incurred a penalty of 21b (to 7.9) for the President's Handicap at the A.R.C. Meeting by, his win at Franklin. i Mr. F. J. M'Manemin has decided not to rehandicap King Merv for the Easter Handicap.
