There was a small, attendance at the Basin Reserve on Saturday afternoon to see the concluding stages of the match between the Leaders and the Kest. In the first innings the Leaders had scored 213, and to this the Rest had replied with ,157. With two men short in their second innings the Leaders totalled 206, the bright spot of the """"S3 being a dashing display by M Girr, who was unbeaten at the end with 9a to his credit. Tattersall also shaped soundly for 49. In their second innings, the Rest went for the bowling, and when stumps were drawn one wicket had fallen for 132, Banks being not put with 56. to his credit and Kortlang 65 not out.
