PALMEBSTON N., 28th March,

A disastrous fire'occurred early this morning, when the seed-cleaning and food mixing factory of A. J. Palmer,^ Ltd., was totally destroyed by fire.

Two large two-story wooden buildings and the plant of up-to-date cleaning and mixing machines were reduced to a few heaps of tangled machinery and burnt stacks of grain and seed.

Included in jthe losses are two large motor trucks. The company is a heavy loser over the insurance, which aggregates £10,000.
