FROSTY AND FINE
ANOTHER COLD NIGHT.
During the past 24 hours weather conditions have been anti-cyclonic, and a fino spell has been experienced generally, with cold nights. Two degrees of frost were recordod at Wellington this morning. The forecast to-day is' for fair to cloudy weather, and a very cold night may be expected generally. Littfe movement is expected in the barometer in the immediate future, although a. fall may be anticipated after about 24 hours. Moderate to strong easterly to northerly winds are likely to prevail.
