ROTARY CONFERENCE
OPENS IN MELBOURNE.

The first official Rotary Conference has commenced, r, Before the conference the delegates, numbering between 300, and 400, and including British, American, and three New Zealand representatives, were officially welcomed at the Town: Hall by the Lord Mayor. The Prime Minister '(Mr. Bruce), in opening the conference,' said that Rotary had an international aspect.
