ENGJNEEIIS DECIDE TO JOIN BIG ..V_..:V ';".. 'UNION/ ..[.,' (Reutor'i Telegrram.) / (Received 24th March, noon.) LONDON, 23rd March. The ballot of the Amalgamated En gineering Union resulted in 70,695 votes being for and 31,423 against joining the proposed new industrial alliance of ■liners, railway-men, and transport workers. The National Union of Railwaymen previously decided not to join.
