When Mr. T. Walsh, general secretary, attempted to take charge there was ah immediate uproar, and he was -howled down. A motion of noeonfidence in him was carried and he left the building, accompanied by other federal officials and supporters. The meeting decided to demand the withdrawal of the application for re-regis-tration.
