HUGH HALL SHIELD.
The final match for the Hugh Hall Shield, between Paraparaumu and Weraroa A was played on the Paraparf-, umu Domain on Saturday^ last, Para-^ paraumu winning by an innings and 126 runs. Weraroa in their' first innings, scored 34 (Kennedy 23). In the second innings Weraroa made: 64. (M'Don aid 15, Bull 17, France 14 not out). Paraparaumu compiled 228 for -six wickets. (E. Weggery 103 retired, D. 'Allen 47, H. Thomson 31, B. Caterer 13 not out).
