E. 8. ,Inness (chairman), B. A. Marris, C. F. Turner, C. S. Eastwood, D. E. Menzies, Hw Paton, and A. I>. Bayfleld (hon. secretary). The cotincil passed aresplution supporting daylight saving. New rowing clubs at Dargaville, To Kopuru, and Now Plymouth were "granted affiliation - The Dargaville and To Kopuru Clubs were attached to tho Auckland Association, and the New Plymouth Club'to the "Wangamii Association.:-.'. ■:, ;. •. ; .
