(By Telepraph.— Press Association.) AUCKLAND, This Day. At the Police Court the Inspector of Awards claimed £10 from T. P. Anderson, secretary of the Auckland Seamen's Union, on a charge of having incited or instigated an unlawful strike on the steamer Wliangapo on Bth Jannary.. The case arose out of the trouble in which the coastal seamen jefused to work the ship's steam valves. It was alleged that the defendant phdeavoured to prevent Albert Blackburn sailing on any ship until he had paid a fine of £1 imposed by the executive of the Wellington Union. ■ Argument is being heard this afternoon ou the nonsuit point.
