(Router's Telegram.) (Received 23rd March, 2 p.m.) LONDON, 22nd March. In the House "of Commons the Parliamentary . Secretary for Overseas Trade, Mr. A. M. Samuel, stated that the value of exports from the United Kingdom in 192S in relation to respective populations was to Bussia lid a head; Australia, £10 3s; New Zealand, £17 15s. He added that all other European countries bought more largely than Russia.
