(United Press Association.—Copyright) SYDNEY, IJ2nJ March. Mr. J. B. Shand (Nationalist), under the electoral law, automatically succeeds the late Mr. W. R. Fitzsimmons in the Cumberland seat. The death of Mr. Fitzsimmons, as the result of a motor accident in Sydnye, was announced yesterday.-
