MAGISTRATE'S COURT

V.'illiain M'Laughlin, Peter M'Gee, ad Patrick J-ohh Gannon, all second offenders, for drunkenness, were each fined 10s, m default 48 hours' imprisonment. George Errol Coates and Lavinia Constance Kiddle, charged with obtaining £15 os from the Otago Finance and Agency' Company by means of a false pretence, were remanded to appear to-morrow morning.
