FRANCO'S GREAT FEAT

The capital is illuminated and the streets thronged with merrymakers. "Te Deum" will be sung in the Cathedral to-day. The Government has announced an amnesty to all prisoners to the extent of reducing by one-tenth their terms of imprisonment.
The project of a weekly airship service between Spain and Buenos Aires has been revived, with the prospect of raising sufficient funds.
