SWIMMING
AUSTRALIAN REPRESENTATIVES
TO VISIT AUCKLAND.
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) , AUCKLAND, 11th February. The Auckland Swimming Centre today discussed a request from the New Zealand Association for information regarding the invitation from the Waitemata Club, to three Australian swimmers to visit New Zealand. There was much discussion on the subject of the Waitemata Club's guarantee, it being considered that the club should have submitted a detailed report of the estimated cost of the tour. The club's delegate said that the necessary guarantee would be given. It was decided to inform the New Zealand Association that M. Christie, F. Doylei and Dr. K. Kirkland were to be invited, and would be in Auckland not later' than the 15th March.
