Mail bags lying unguarded in the street was a point raised on Wednesday at a meeting at Seatoun. It was said that bags to go to the G.P.O. by tram were left at-the terminus unattended. This might be taken as a tribute to the honesty of the residents, but it waa very undesirable. The attention of the Postal Department is to be called to the matter.-. :
