Sir Eric Drummond, General Beere» tary of the League of Nation*, atatea that the fact that the March meeting of the League Assembly ia the fine extraordinary session in the League's history, evidences the importance which the League attaches to Qef many'g entrance. Hitherto applieanta have been compelled to await the annual September session*.
Sir Joseph Cook will probably be the sole representative of Australia, and Sir James Allen New Zealand, tn accordance with the Council's deeUom that there should be one representation for each country. .*
