OOMA AT OCEAN ISLAND

SYDNEY, This Day.
The cargo steamer Ooma, bound from Sydney to Ocean Island, is reported to be ashore at Sydney Point, Ocean Island. Efforts to refloat her have go far failed. The steamer Nauru Chief is standing by, but as the weather is calm there is no immediate danger.
The Ooma is a steamer of 3991 tons, and was built in 1905. Her port of rugistry is Suva, and she is owned by, W. Crosby and C 0..,
