BERLIN, 10th February. A correspondent of "Fairchild's Textile Bulletin" states that the appearance of Italian artificial wool has stimulated the German "Rayon" manufacturers to evolve a superior fibre. In "Glanzstoff Fabriken" they are reported to have produced what they''call "vl" yarn, upon which the Danlem Textile Laboratory'has reported favourably for warmth, tensile strength, and elasticity. It is specially suited to light woven underwear.
