CHBISTCHUBCH SITTINGS. , (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHBISTCHUBCHy This Day. In the Supreme Court, the argon charge against Fred Logic, Dennis Blake, and James Dell, was withdrawn, Blake and Logic pleaded guilty to burglary. The sentence was postponed. Dell was acquitted. WANGANUI SESSION& WANGANUL This Day. Three prisoners came before Mr. Justice Maegregor, in the Supreme Court this morning, and received the following sentences:—John Benjamin Alston, indecent assault, three years; Herbert Boagey, breaches of the . Bankruptcy Act, one month; David Strachan, theft of moneys from the Patea-Waitotara Babbit Board, to be detained for a period not exceeding two years for reformative treatment.
