SAFETY OF SHUNTING YARDS
(By Telegraph.—Frew Association.) v TIMABUi, 10th February. The Timaru branch of the Amalgamated Society of Railway Servants at a largely-attended meeting unanimonsly passed a motion strongly protesting against the alleged failure of the Government to put into operation the findings of-the Shunting Inquiry Board set up to report on conditions affecting the' safety of shunters.
