ROYAL INDIAN NAVY

(United Press Association—Copyright.) (Seuter's Telegram.) (Received 10th February, 1 p.m.) DELHI, 9th February. The Viceroy of India, has announced the decision of His Majesty'! Government to reconstruct the Royal Indian Marine as a combatant force, to enable . India ultimately to undertake her own naval defence. Subject to the King's approval, the service will be known as the Royal Indian Navy.
