AMERICAN ADHERENCE
TO WORLD COURT OF JUSTICE
PETITION AGAINST IT.
{United Press Association—Copyright.) (Australian-New Zetland Cable Assn.)
WASHINGTON, Bth February. Mr. Benjamin Caterings, a Washington lawyer, has filed a petition in the United States Supreme Court requesting it to restrain Mr. Kellog (Secretary of State) from carrying out steps to complete American adherence to the World Court, because the Protocol will create a tribunal higher than the Supreme Court itself, and will delegate sovereign powers from the United States Government to the World Court,, thereby violating the American Constitution.
