After Parliament had been opened by Commission it was announced that the Upper House Abolition Bill would not be brought along till the end of the session, which will come in about two weeks. Mr. Bavin's motion of censure will have to take its place on the business paper and will probably lapse, 'members of the Government treating it with contempt. In the Legislative Assembly Mr. T. B. Bavin gave notice that he would move a motion to-morrow censuring the Government regarding its action in connection with the abolition of the Upper House.
