BYLAW BREACHES
FINES INFLICTED,
Breaches of the bylaws were dealt with by Mr. C. R. Orr Walker, SJVI, in the Magistrates Court yesterday. For not having the number-plates tm their vehicles easily distinguishable, Edwin Walker was fined 10sv William James Blackman and Richard Herlihy 5s each. The following fines were imposed for speeding:—Ray Pentecost James William Stewart, £2 e^eh: John Frederick Fditer, Eric Alexander Key, £1 each. Failure to have their vehicles properly lighted cost the following the amounts stated!— Frederick William Platt 16s, Herbert Burgess, Angn» Roy Woods 10s each, George Edward Peterson, Sidney Gough 5s each. . ... . . , For not being m the possession of a driver's license the following were fined the amounts stated:—Ernest Bender, John H. Boyd, William Cook, Cliff Eekell, Jack Lucas, Lawrence Owen Newman, Norman John Short. Charles Sims, William. John Sparks, William E. Webb, £1 each: James Brouah Ernest Heron, William Jackson, John R. Samson, Charles M. Watt, 10s each. -
