" AUCKLAND LADIES FOE , AUSTRALIA. (By Teltgrapb.—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, This Day. At the swimming carnival in the Tepid Baths, Misses E. Stockley and P. Page made their final appearance before leaving for Australia. They swam in the 100 yards handicap. . Miss Stockley was not up to- her usual form, her best effort Doing the winning of the first heat from scratch in 69sec. Miss Jean Bell, with 2sec, won the final in 70sec, Miss Stockley being third. Miss Page was third in her heat, but failed to get a place in the final. Her specialty, however, is 220 or 440 yards. Both leave for Wellington to-night.
