SYDNEY, Bth February. The Ship Painters and Dockers' Union was fined £10 for participating in the strike over the dispute concerning the permanent and casual labour. The Arbitration Court in inflicting the penalty said that if it had not been that the manner in which the management of Mort's Dock had conducted themselves, which gave ground for irritation, the Court would have fined the union £100.
