Signor Mussolini's speech aroused an extraordinary sensation in the Shamber, deputies jumping to their feet and shouting "Vivi Italia." Italian newspapers call on the Government to promptly organise trade defence as a counter-offensive to a possible boycott of Italy, beginning with a survey of national products which are able to replace German, imports.
