(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, Bth February. At the Supreme Court, William James Courtney, for theft, was sentenced to six months' imprisonment. John Nugent and Thomas Buckingham for assault and robbery in a hotel were sentenced, to nine months' hard labour.
