COURT CASES
Mr. C. B. Orr Walker, S.M., presided at the Magistrate's Court yesterday. Five first offending inebriates were each fined 10s, and another was convicted and discharged. .
■Micheal M'Guirk was fined 5s for drunkenness, and was fined £1 for procuring liquor while prohibited.
Alfred Holland was fined 10s for casting offensive matter on the footpath, and was convicted and discharged for drunkenness.
Annie Lund, aged 42, and Patrick Ryan, 18 years of age, were charged with committing a grossly indecent act in Queen's Park. Ryan ( was admitted to probation fQr twelve months, with the special condition that he takes out a prohibition order. The female accused was sentenced to six months' imprisonment. :
