A public address on the subject, "Life and its Opportunities" will be delivered at the Dominion Farthers' Institute Hall, at 8 o'clock this evening, by Bishop Taylor Smith, late Chaplain-General of the Forces. Colonel M. M. Gard'ncr will preside, and the Bishop of Wellington will be present.
