The Ministerial crisis continues to be most critical. M. Doumer, Minister of Finance, has failed to come to an agreement with M. Painlove and five other irreconcilablcs of the Radical Group. M. Briand, however, states that he will not resign if six refuse to accept M. Doumer's plans, but will endeavour to replaco tliem. He adds that the present is not the moment to abdicate.
