Donovan, Hawkes Bay; bay filly by Catmints-Whitford Belle, to C. L. Gibbs, Taihape, 50 guineas; bay gelding by Catmint—Wakneeta, to P. Findlay, Wellington, 55 guineas; Day colt by King Lupin—Quinton Abbey, to A. Good, Hawera, 20 guineas; bay colt by Quin Abbey—Tinoreka, to E. p. Miller, Patumalioe, 20 guineas; brown filly by Quin Abbey—Bell Crispin, to M. Carrol, Franfcton, 65 guineas; chestnut colt by Quin Abbey—Fidget, to'J. Anderson, Ellerslie, 30 guineas; brown colt by Mountain Knight—Avanti to W. Towser, Ellerslie, 50 guineas; brown gelding by Nassau—Certain Day, to E. H. Cucksey, 24 guineas; bay filly by Nassau—Waiomi, to E. P. Millen, '5 guineas; brown filly by Nassau —Colross, to W. H. Dwyer, Wanganui, 80 guineas; bay colt! by Nassau—Spanstle, to Mr. Dwyer, Christclmtch, 230 guineas; chestnut colt by Nassau—Bray ton, to V. Biddiford, , Wellington, for 260 guineas) a bay filly by Tea Tray—Takalau was passed at 900 guinea*, and sold privately to Or, Ambrose, of West Australia.
