UNDERWRITERS' NEW CLAUSE.
The members of Lloyd's Underwriters' Association and tho Institute of London Underwriters have agreed tliat a clauso (stutea "The Times" Trade Supplchllmt),' to bo known as tho Institute Drtnjreroiis Drugs Clause, shall in future 'be attached to all policies covering . drugs, vegetable alkaloids, and the like. This clause provides that the contract will hot cover shipments of drugs to which the Dattßcrous Drugs Act, 1320 (of the United Kingdom), as amended by any subsequent Act; nprtlleS; unless they aro expressly declared as ■■ such, and unless tho shipments (1), aro made under u certificate, license, or authorisation from the Ciovcrnment of the -country of destination Hint the importation of the drugs lias been approved by that Govyrniheht; and (2) are imported into the country by which tho certificate, license, or authorisation has been issued,
