"The Matin" says that the latest telegrams from Syria arc disquieting. , Damascus, where order is far from having been re-established, has bean abandoned by the population, and the Druses who had submitted have now broken faith. The situation is not critical, but is sufficiently serious to demand urgent measures on the part of the Government.
