At Ihe Magistrate's Court this morning, A).r. W. G. Uiddell, S.M., presided.
Two first-ofVending inebriates were e.'u'.h tonvicU'tl and discharged, and two simihu' offenders were each fined 10s, in dcfnult twenty-four hours' imprisonment.
Charged with fighting in the street, John Alfred Harris (00) was fined ;iil, in default three days' imprisonment, and Andrew M'Naughton (45) was fined £2, in default, seven days' gaol.
