COOKE DENIES CABLED RUMOUR,
(BX TELBOHAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.) AUCKLAND, This Day. Referring to the Sydney cablegram, A. E. Cooke says that he is going to Sydney on holiday for two weeks in tho summertime, but he could not play football out of season.
It was stated a few days ago in a cable message that Cooke intended to, settle in Sydney, and would play for one' of the New South Wales clubs.
