Members of the Australian Silver Band arrived by the Maunganui to-day. Air. Baile and his men are all ready to demonstrate, in a practical manner, their . ability as musicians of the highest • standard. Whether it bo .1 Liszt Rhan- ■ sody, a Chopin Nocturne, a grand selection of \Vagnerinn melodies, or one of Iho latest jazz numbers, the lino tone, technique, inle.rin'etation, and brilliance, of ensemble are qualities that shine forth and plant themselves indelibly in the minds of those wbo hear this band.
