A gopdrjiatured holiday crowd at His Majesty's Theatre last night gave a reccptipn to the first night qf the final , piece of the Jim GoraUl .Revue Company's repertoire, which was. entitled, "Farewell, ■VfelUngtou." Gerald, as Hector Tipp, mi eccentric valet,' once more proved himself a.comedian of parts, and his aiidicnce was frequently convulsed with laughter, at his songs, dancing and fooling. With Laurel Barrett iv the song/"Walter,?''he "was outstanding, and the ever-popular "Gallagher and Shean" duet with Beg. Hawthorne was recalled again and again. Hawthorne also made a hit as Lord Cojie, the penurious peer with a nipnoclp, and his, yodelling song was encored several limes. All the niusicral favourites of the previous shows were vociferously applauded, and the popular ballets and solos were repeated with great success. Thp great Henri French gave a brilliant exhibition of juggling and trick riding on a single wheel, and was enthusiastically received.
