THE LIQUOR QUESTION
,;An address on the liquor question, entitled "Prohibition—lndefensible nnd Impossible," will .be delivered in the large Town Hall on Thursday evening by the Rev. G. Gordon Bell, M.A., vicar, of the Holy Sepulchre Church, Auckland, who is one of tho original promoters of Corporate Control. Mr. W. Perry will address tho meeting on "The Limitations of Law," and Mr. B. A. Armstrong will deal with "The Need for a! Free Parliament." A programme of music will bo provided by tho Working Men's Club Orchestra, .from 7.15. Tlie Deputy-Mayor (Councillor M. Ltickie) will preside. Questions in writing will be answered.
