LONDON, 23rd October, i Mr. Austen Chamberlain .received the High -Commissioners of the Dominions in.reference to ,the Locarno agreement. •In the course of a statement to the Press, Mr. Chamberlain emphasised that the liberty,of each Dominion .was reserved.
