MR. SHINWELL IN GLASGOW.
LONDON, 15th September.
Mr. Shin well, the national organiser of the Amalgamated Marine Workers' Union, has arrived in Glasgow with the object of organising the seamen in the present strike. In an interview he said they had not the remotest intention of calling off the strike. . Their policy would be to conduct a;guerrilla warfare at all the ports in the country. ,
