Tlie Jamaica Chamber of Commerce has presented a novel scheme to the Associated British Chambers for the. resuscitation of Britain's traded , The idea is to offer the Dominions and colonies an award of, say, 10 per cent, on the total increase in value' of British goods they imported annually. The Dominion receiving the award 1 would distribute it to the benefit of the community, including the construction of public works, using British materials. The scl\emo" is being submitted to the chambers of commerce in Britain for consideration.
