CONDEMNS THE COMMUNIST INTERNATIONALE.

PARIS, 28th August. The International Socialist Congress at Marseilles unanimously condemned the Communist Internationale which was encouraging revolution in Asia and Africa. It called on the Socialist Party to combat any policy against Russia and demanded the establishment <jE diplomatic and economic relations with Soviet Russia. The Congrss further urged that the Socialist States be comprised into a Soviet Union, and that tney democratise their regimes and restore political liberty. The Congress concluded by exhorting all Bectfons of Socialists to strive for self-determina-tion for the oppressed peoples of Asia and Africa and the abolition of every kind of terrorism.
