LABOUR CARNIVAL AND FAIR
Tlio Labour movement in Wellington has been working hard in Ilie organisation of a carnival and all-nations fair, which will We'held in the Town Hall on Thursday, Friday, anil Saturday, 17th, 18th, and H)Ui 'September. The programme will include nightly concerts, for which Hie lie.st procurable local talent, vocal and instrumental, will be engaged, dancing, side shows, bands, and a children's fancy dress ball. Substantial prizes will be given io winners of waltz and jazz competitions. The women of the party will conduct sales of articles of use and beauty, and all sorts of produce at a number of stalls.
