SELLING CIGARETTES AFTER HOURS
Mr. R. T. Bailey, officer-in-eharge of the Labour Department, proceeded against a number of shopkeepers at tho Magistrate's Court this morning for selling cigarettes after hours and for failing to observe a holiday during the week.
