The action in which Clara Jane Watr,on proceeded against Norman James Oliver, claiming the return of £100 deposit, and seeking the recission of a contract to purchase a property, was concluded before Mr. Justice Ostler in the Supremo Court yesterday afternoon; Judgment was reserved.
